Hi, I just received my new SIM card because of changing to VoLTE network. When I active it, the current one doesn’t work while the new one doesn’t work either.

    Do you have a specific error/behaviour?

    The activation can take 2 hours or so

    You can contact the support

    You can chat in direct

    • Sign into your account

    • Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    @Jessy_ref_i88b6 Yes, but no answers for now. Error code appearing on my phone : "SIM card not authorized for voice"

    That must means that the provisioning didn't work or done

    Regarding the chat, I tried and I was able to open the chat, but I didn't try to chat with them, please try again to contact the support

    I got the same problem with my new Sim card. Even a new card that I receive for my mom's phone its said that it was already activated by another member. Now my old Sim & my new Sim card doesnt work
