Ordered a VoLTE sim card and can’t see it on order history

I’ve ordered a sim card on fizz that is compatible with VoLTE and I can see that the transaction passed but I can’t see it in order history nor track it, it’s been 7 days since I ordered it (Montreal)

Please note that these Sim card orders cannot be tracked but they usually reach our clients in about 2 weeks since they were ordered.
Verifying your Fizz account I could see that you managed to receive the Sim card and completed the change order on your side.
Be sure that after the change, you insert the new sim and reboot your phone with the Sim inside.
Test the line following these details : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-test-my-fizz-line as the connection should work afterward.
