VoLTE & iPhone

Hello.

I've just changed the SIM card on my phone and put the VoLTE one... Should I activate the VoLTE option on my device? When I do so, I get a message telling me the cellular network is not certified and activating the option could damage my phone's battery... I use an iPhone 12 Pro Max.

    It used to be an issue, so now they've put a warning. No real danger!

    I guess the biggest issue must be that the phone keeps looking for an IMS (the system managing VoLTE) that it will never find until Fizz brings it online.

    Hello @Luis_Laborda ,


    Please note that the VoLTE network is still not out ,as we are working hard to possibly update the network until the end of this year.


    In the meantime, be sure that you set your network mode to LTE or 3G according to your needs.

    When the time comes, we will update our website https://fizz.ca/en with further details regarding the VoLTE network.
