Cant listen to my voice mail

When I put my password to get into voicemail there is no follow up message to listen to press 1.

It's just music playing

How can I fix this?

    Please try to reset your phone`s network settings first, and then dial 1-514-647-0999 after you reboot the phone, to check you are able to access your voicemail.

    Have you tried going with visual voicemail?
