Please try to reboot your phone, enable / disable airplane mode and check if you can make calls.
If possible, try to reset your phone`s network settings and also test the Sim card in another phone as more details can be found here also : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/I-cant-make-any-calls-on-my-phone-why
