Gifting data …

Hi, I’m trying to gift data to my daughter and I get a message that she can’t receive it because she doesn’t have a data plan, but she does (1g/month). I’ve given data to her before with no issues… can anyone help? Thanks in advance

    Check the privacy status, she must have Full Fizz Experience: By default, other users can search for you, add you as a contact and send you gifts.

    Moreover, you can only gift the data from your current month

    If this doesn't help, please contact the support

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Hello @raybun ,

    As mentioned by our friend here above, be sure that your daughter has the Full Experience enabled, and also that you try to send the gift from multiple browsers or devices ( sometimes cookies can interfere with the website ).

    Also, be sure that she is not in her last days of her payment cycle, as you won`t be able to gift Data.
