Gifting data …

Hi, I’m trying to gift data to my daughter and I get a message that she can’t receive it because she doesn’t have a data plan, but she does (1g/month). I’ve given data to her before with no issues… can anyone help? Thanks in advance

    Check the privacy status https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-privacy-settings-inside-the-fizz-community, she must have Full Fizz Experience: By default, other users can search for you, add you as a contact and send you gifts.

    Moreover, you can only gift the data from your current month

    If this doesn't help, please contact the support

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    As mentioned by our friend here above, be sure that your daughter has the Full Experience enabled, and also that you try to send the gift from multiple browsers or devices ( sometimes cookies can interfere with the website ).


    Also, be sure that she is not in her last days of her payment cycle, as you won`t be able to gift Data.
