    Thank you for being part of the Fizz community!
    I verified your account and indeed your current SIM isn't compatible VoLTE.
    You have the option as a member already said, to purchase a new one since all the new ones are compatible.
    However, my advise since the services isn't released yet is to wait to receive an email from us. That email will give you a link from where you can order for free a VoLTE SIM. The services will be available by the end of the year, you will receive the SIM before that.

    Go to the nearest couche-tard and you will have one compatible with volte( the lightning on it)

    What’s the urge? Fizz didn’t turn on VoLTE yet
