Volte SIM not working

Similar to another user, I received an email asking me to order a new sim card, however when I click in the link and enter my fizz session, a message saying that I’m not eligible for a new card appears in my screen. What should I do?

    Please try to make the order from another device/ browser , via Incognito mode especially.
