How do I change my SIM card?

Received a email telling me to change my SIM card for free to be ready for the new VoLTE. When I log in, it says I’m not available for the new SIM card for 0$.

Can someone help me?

    Send am message to fizz via fb messenger, whatsapp or instagram. They are pretty quick to reapond. You can also cut with them on your desktop.
