From what I see on your Fizz account you managed to reach us on Live chat, and you discussed with our colleagues for which we are happy to see.
To reach us on Live chat, be sure that you are logged to your Fizz account and browse any FAQ in the solution hub : https://fizz.ca/en/support and a chat bubble should appear on the bottom right corner of the page.
