Hi! this is Emmanuel, I have moved in 2-38 Charlevoix, Gatineau today and would like to reactivate the internet service that was being used by my landlord. What do I need to do?

If I understand well, you want to reactivate the plan that your current landlord used before you moved at the address?
If so, please note that the best is to keep each account individual, not to share it with other people. Also, the plans can't be be transferred from 1 account to another, as you can see in this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/it-possible-transfer-my-plan-another-account
The best will be to create your own Fizz plan and make a new subscription. Once you logged in your account, all you have to do is to click at: My plans -> Create a new plan -> Add your current address -> Select the speed and the day when you want the services to start. In that day a technician will visit you and bring you the modem.

Also, please note that since we are a prepaid services, the first payment will be made when you set the order, however the countdown of your first cycle will start once your internet will be installed.

Do you have access to the Fizz account and do you have the Fizz modem assigned to it?
If so, you can make a move request throught your Fizz account.
Moving your Home Internet plan is done directly from your account. Submit your request under
My plans > Manage plan > Moving my service.
Word of the wise, don’t forget to pack your Fizz Wi-Fi modem and bring it with you on your moving day!
Need to change your Home Internet plan? No worries, but plan to do so before or after your move. You cannot modify your Home Internet plan during your move.

For home Internet, you must try your address to see if it is eligible: https://fizz.ca/en/internet
Select your plan and enter your address. If you are eligible, you can enter your payment information and select an installation date.
On the installation date, the technician will bring the Fizz modem and hook up the cabling into your home. You can consult the overall Fizz guide here: https://fizz.ca/en/internet/how-it-works
Here are the self installation instructions from Fizz: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem Mostly, you unwrap the modem, plug in 2 or 3 cables, turn on the modem and wait for it to complete the update, then enjoy your home internet!
