no data added this month?

I was charged on my credit card but no data was added to my account... !!!

Fizz have changed their data plan so I had to switch since the 2GB I not available anymore. I have selected the 3GB data plan instead, but I got 0 GB this month and my credit card was charged!!!!

    First, even if a package is no longer offered, you can keep it, just don't touch anything!

    Also, your billing will be done 72 hours before the renewal of your plan. It is therefore normal that your credit card is charged before the data appears in your account.
