Sign in to network

I'm a little tired of rehashing the problem, but basically the mobile internet just dropped out yesterday and i now get a notification that says "sign in to network". Full bars, not internet, despite my plan supposedly have 1.83 gb left.

I reset the APN settings, tried "Fizz EXT" (as recommended by an agent), and I even tried an old phone (Nexus 5) and experience the EXACT same issue.

Unfortunately chat support hasn't been very responsive and I'm on the edge of bailing from Fizz entirely at this point.

    The ticket can be visible in your Fizz account> Overview.
