I got the new SIM card and nothing is working?
Ever since I got this new SIM card that you guys offered to me, my lte hasn’t been working and phone calls or texts don’t work, but on the top right of my phone I see the fizz logo with the service bars all the way up so it’s as if it recognizes fizz SIM card but nothing works? Please help!
