My travel add on is not working in Ontario

    Hello Simgh,
    I am sorry to hear about that,
    I have verified your account and I can see that you were able to use some of the minutes you bought.
    Please, make sure that you have your roaming option enabled on your phone.
    Restart the phone and make a test. 
    Also, try to call the number directly ( not from your contact list).
    And, make sure you are connected to the FIZZ-EXT network while you are traveling.
