Have you tried restarting your phone?
Which phone model are you using? Make sure your phone software is up to date.
If you bought a travel data addon, make sure to turn on the roaming option on your phone settings and make sure that the APN settings on your phone are correct - https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
