SIM VoLTE Activation problems

I have followed every step for activation of my new VoLTE SIM card and it worked. After testing, text and calls work but data doesn't work.

I have checked APN settings and updated to the latest iOs, but never got the prompt to update carrier settings. After chatting with a technician, they said they received the request but the machine never processed it.

More than 8 hours after my first chat session, my phone is still constantly cycling through network bars and data still doesn't work.

Another help chat request still yields similar result, with the submission of a ticket to the technical department. Will update once I have more info.

Anyone have a similar issue ? Did you have to do anything else ?

    Following the verifications I've noticed that the change SIM order isn't completed in the system.
    A colleague already created a ticket for our technical team in order to complete it as soon as possible.
    You can verify the progress of the ticket from your Fizz account by going at: My settings -> My tickets.
    Also, once it will be completed, we will inform you via email.
