For this situation, please contact Fizz customer service. Once they have proof that your modem has been returned, you will be refunded for any charges.

You are not the first, it's just automation that sends that email. The process takes time.
Just keep a proof from the post and send it to fizz via chat.

You can contact us following the steps from this link:https://fizz.ca/en/support . You can verify as well on their site if the modem appears as sent to us or it is still in transit.
