    You are not the first, it's just automation that sends that email. The process takes time.

    Just keep a proof from the post and send it to fizz via chat.

    Please keep the tracking number from Post Canada and you can contact us anytime in private to verify from time to time when it will be received. You can contact us following the steps from this link:https://fizz.ca/en/support . You can verify as well on their site if the modem appears as sent to us or it is still in transit.
