My SIM Card is flagged as delivered but I did not receive it.

Hello,

I ordered a SIM card back on the 12th, and on your website, it says the card was delivered to my apartment unit on the 13th. Nevertheless, I have not received the SIM card or was contacted by the delivery in any way. Can you look into this please? Thank you.

    The support will say you to buy another one and activate it. After that you can ask for a refund for the first one
