    Hello @BeWe ,

Thank you for being part of the community.

As our members informed you, the payment day of your plan can't be adjusted, only in case of an suspension of the plan, the date will move to the day when you reactivate the plan.

As for the change plan, since we are a prepaid services and the current month is already paid, all the change plans you make take into effect only starting with the new cycle.

Please note that if you see a better price for a plan similar to yours, you can anytime go in your Fizz account at: My plans -> Manage plan -> Adjust plan -> Here you have the options to change the plan or only adjust the price :)

You can find more information in this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-mobile-plan

I am counting on your understanding and I wish you a great day,

Hi Bewe How do payment cycles work?

You can modifie your plan now but it will take effec at your next payment cycle

    For your mobile service:

The date on which you activate your SIM card is the anniversary date for your mobile plan, and this date marks the start of your payment cycle each month.

    For your Home Internet service:

The date on which you receive your Fizz Wi-Fi modem is the anniversary date for your Home Internet plan, and this date marks the start of your payment cycle each month.

How many days lasts a payment cycle?

Payment cycles are monthly, but their duration varies based on the number of days in each month. What’s important to remember is the anniversary date of your plan.

For example, if you activated your SIM card or received your Wi-Fi modem on April 5, the anniversary date for your plan is the 5th, and your next payment cycle will start on May 5, and then June 5, and so on. If your plan is activated on the 31st of a month, it is important to note that your payment cycles will start on the last day of each month, whether it’s the 30, 31 (or even 28 in the case of the month of February).

    Hi,

You can change your plan at anytime by loging into your account. Although, the changes you make will only take effect at the beginning of your next payment cycle

*If you need features such as data, minutes, texts or minutes for international calls immediately, buy an Add-On or use your Wallet to pay as you go.
