How to obtain new SIM card
I went to the USA last month, I upgrade my package to have data there.
However, data was almost never working. It was a very frustrating process and not reliable.
I then saw afterward that SIM card needed to be change.
The thing is how do we request a new one.
I am going in Europe in 2 weeks and USA again in 2 months and I want to have data access.
I can't find anywhere how to request/receive a new SIM card.

Thank you for being part of the Fizz community!
Please note that the new VoLTE SIM is meant to allow you to make calls/ send SMS while you are in USA using mobile data instead of normal calls/ SMS which doesn't work anymore since the USA partners removed their 2G and 3G technology which was created for them.
At the moment, only mobile data works in USA and it should work even in the old SIM. However, this will work once Fizz will release the VoLTE services. At the moment we want to make sure every members has compatible SIMs for that moment.
If you didn't received yet the email to order a free VoLTE SIM, you will receive it in the next period.
Since you were able to connect to data in USA, this is the proof that the data works on your current SIM, however it depends very much on how powerful the signal was in the area in which you have been.

Even with the new SIM for now Fizz say that for USA
Be advised. As of July 2022, only the LTE data network will be available in the United States. You will not be able to make or receive calls and text messages. Learn more
