Upgrades not upgrading...
Hi, I gave 2x 500 meg upgrades that I selected that have been "waiting activation" for several months now...
What to do ?

As for the situation, I verified your account and opened a ticket for our technical team to verify and complete the activation on both 500MB upgrades.
You can verify the progress on the ticket from your Fizz account by going at: My settings -> My tickets and we will also inform you via email once the situation will be resolved.
