Telus will start charging a bit more each month if you pay with a credit card, is FIZZ going the same direction? just wundering

No, only Telus is doing that.
Fizz encourages credit card payments. The only payment options are...

relax. in this hard times this is not a too smart decision. they should be happy to get paid in time... maybe an opportunity for some customers to jump from them to fizz....
