I changed my phone number and I have now problems
So I changed my number like a month ago and now I can receive sms but cant send any, But I can call people and I do receive calls. Plus I received by email a message saying that im gonna need to have a new sim but its still "connected" to my old number, what can I do?

Thank you for being part of the Fizz community!
Following the verifications on your account, I see that the change number order got and error and it's not properly completed. This is the reason why the email for the free VoLTE SIM was for the old number.
You can order the SIM from that email without any issues so please do it.
As for the number change, I opened a ticket for our technical team to complete it as soon as possible.
You will be able to see the progress on it from your Fizz account: My settings -> My tickets.
Also, we will inform you via email once it will be resolved and in that moment all your services will work properly.
