How to get coverage outside Quebec promptly
i use Quebec coverage. When I was trying to call an Ontario number, my phone says your current plan is not available to connect this call. So I added the Canadian travel add-on. As it should take effect immediately, when I call again it prompts the same message saying my current plan is not able to connect!

I am sorry for the situation encountered,
If you call from Quebec ( your coverage area), you need to get an international calls add-on.
That is considered a long-distance call.
Furthermore, you can use your travel add-on if you are outside your Quebec coverage, to make calls anywhere in Canada.
To get an international call add-on, you need to go into your account> my plans> manage plan> add-on> international call.

Try restarting you phone.
