250mb perk won't activate
I have had this 250mb of extra data perk pending for the past 6+ months (easily), and it's been occupying my first perk slot preventing me from adding other perks... I'd like to get this problem fixed.

The ticket can be visible in your Fizz account> Overview.

If your plan is active, the upgrade reward should be activated when your plan renews (see some Fizz explanations here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-receive-my-rewards-program)
Since it has been more than 1 month, I suggest you contact Fizz customer service to have this correction done.
You can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-receive-my-rewards-program and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
They will surely be able to help you.
