    Hello Laura C. #34132,
I am sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,
I have verified your account and I can see that your plan is in good standing and your internet connection is stable. There are some signals that are not within the normal parameters.
Furthermore, I have verified your wifi connection as you mostly use devices on the WiFi and I can see that you have most of them connected to the 2.4Ghz network.
I would advise you to try and connect your devices to 5Ghz as much as possible to avoid slower speeds and ultimately, depending on how far you are from the modem, connection loss.
I will suggest a few troubleshooting steps:

Can you please, electrically restart your modem, by disconnecting the power cord from the back, wait for 30 seconds and then plug it back in?
You might have to restart your devices connected to the Wi-Fi and with the ethernet cable too.
Also, please disconnect the coaxial cable from the back and from the coaxial outlet, wait for 20 seconds then connect them back and make sure that it is well screwed at both ends.
