I am sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,
The first thing you should know is that the community users do not have access to your account.
Only customer service can verify it, in conclusion, if you need someone to have a look at your account, you need to contact customer support.
I have verified your account and I can see that your account is in good shape and your plan is active.
You have unlimited text messages and you should be able to send and receive text messages.
On the off chance that you are using iMessage, I kindly inform you that you have no data left in your plan.
Your iMessage uses your data or an internet connection ( wifi ) to be able to use it.
If that is the case, I recommend that you either get an add-on of data or find a WiFi network.
To buy an add-on, you can go to your account> my plans > add-on.
