Receiving spam e-mails
Hi, I have been receiving an e-mail asking that I order a new SIM card. However, when I visit my account online, there is no such notification.
is this a scam ?

It could be either. If you started a SIM card order on your Fizz account, sometimes Fizz will send a reminder email to complete your order. Are you receiving the email from fizz.ca?
In any case, you can ignore the email if all is well on your Fizz account.
