How to get a modem
Hi, I had an installation today but they didn’t bring a modem. How can I get one ???
They thought I was moving but I just added an internet service at a new location on my plan. Please help!

You need to reschedule an appointment but your situation is unique, he didn't bring the modem. Ask support why
