I'M TRYING TO REPLY TO YOUR STUPID COMMENTS AND I CAN'T


I CAN'T GO TO THE CHAT BECAUSE MY INTERNET IS FREQUENTLY DOWN!!


THE INTERNET INTERRUPTS BECAUSE THE ROUTER LOSES ITS WAN IP ADDRESS!!!

    I see that you were informed on another post thread, that we can send a technician, but we need you to confirm a few questions / answers, before our colleagues can proceed further.

    Could be a faulty coaxial cable, something as stupid as squirrels biting it! Has happened to a friend of mine in the past.

    New cable would need to be run to the house from the pole/line.

    Also would be a faulty router/modem.
