Мy router loses WAN IP Address very often and comes back after 30 sec.

I have to work online and it's impossible.

The technical support gives me advice to plug it into another 120v outlet

I did of course but it doesn't help.

sorry but as you can see this is not a problem on my internal network.

why should I pay for a technician to come and ask several times????

I have already requested a technician or router replacement and no results
