missed Wifi installation without any call
i have been waiting at my apartment since 7 am and am still waiting, haven’t received any emails, no calls, nothing… I check the site and my wifi installation scheduled for today from between 7:30 am to 8:30 pm has been “ missed” without any notice and no call at all from the person who was suppose to install it. I was never even notified that the person was here nor buzzed at my door I am trying to contact someone to fix this and get service immediately, as I have been waiting all day for the installation!

Sorry to hear that the technician never came.
In some rare cases, and due to a busy schedule, they might not make it to your address and if that happens, you immediately have the option to reschedule the appointment in My plans - Manage - Appointments.

It's happen when the appointment before take to much time but 7 h 30 to 8 h 30 l not shure there can be one
You need to take another one
To view, change or cancel an appointment
Your technician appointments are in your Fizz account. Simply log in and under My plans > Manage plan > Appointments You’ll be able to view, reschedule or cancel your appointment, even up until the moment when the technician is on route.
You can reschedule your appointment up to three (3) times. After that, your order will be cancelled, and you’ll have to start the process all over.
Good to know: Service calls (for repairs) do not appear in your account. Reach us using the chat bubble to reschedule or cancel a service call.
