Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the services!
Please try to reboot your phone, enable/disable airplane mode and possibly reset your phone`s network settings from your device and then reboot it once again, to see if this addresses the issue.

Here's how to contact customer service
In status of our services you click on Check out the services
Then you press the interrogation point (?) at the bottom right and all you have to do is choose the platform to contact them.
