My friend referred me when there is $50 bonus for each of us, but now I only receive $25
Hello Fizz team,
Could you please help me to understand the referral system?
There was a promotion of $50 for both referrer and referee when I activated my Fizz sim last month, but now I got a notification of getting $25 less for next month.
$25 is the normal rate and the $50 is the promotion rate. We activated my card before the promotion ended, but I only got $25 instead of $50.
Is this a bug in the referral system?

Seriously if your code was used while the promotion 50$ was valide you'll get it just chat with fizz they will correct the amount.

The $50 reference was valid until July 20, 2022 inclusively, after this date it will be back to $25
To track the status of your invited friends, and know the amount of the referral bonus you'll receive (or referral bonuses if several of your friends activated their plan using your referral code) :
- Go to My Profile in your Fizz account.
- Select Referral Bonuses.
You'll see a summary of your referral bonuses, including the amount of each:
- The amount under Pending corresponds to your referral bonuses that are waiting for your friends’ second payment.
- The amount under Total receivedrepresents the bonuses you received.
- Under Used, you’ll see the amount of your bonuses that were applied to date on your monthly payments.
- The amount under Balance corresponds to the amount left to apply to your upcoming payments.

If you Go in your account and you see that the subscription date is After july 20 you referral worth $25.
