Max credit cards in my account. All expired. Can’t add new one?
How can I add new payment method?

Thank you for being a Fizz member!
I verified your account and noticed that you were able to add new payment methods in your account.
You can go in your Fizz account at: My plans -> Manage plan -> Payment method to set by default the one from where you want to system to take the next payments.
After this, you can click back to My plans -> Proceed the payment.
In case you encounter any difficulties, please contact us for further verifications in our live chat.

You need to contact Fizz customer service for a reset of your payment method by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-make-sure-my-mobile-service-working-properly and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
