The new VoLTE technology issue

I received an email saying:
Your SIM card must be changed.
Our network is evolving. The 3G network currently used for your calls is set to disappear. With the new VoLTE technology, your calls will use our LTE network. But first, you must change your SIM card.
A new FREE VoLTE compatible SIM card is waiting for you for:
4388XXXXX
but when I click on :
I get:
Based on your account information, you are not currently eligible for a $0 SIM card.

Maybe I'm wrong but it looks like they send the invitation for the Sim card card to everyone, but they don't know if your eligible until you log into your account. If you are with Fizz since less than a year, you may already have a LTE Sim card.
You card always open your Sim tray and see if the card has a red lightning bolt on it. But even then, older LTE Sim cards may not have the red lightning bolt, only Fizz knows.

As for the error you encounter when you try to order the free VoLTE SIM, I wanted to open a ticket for our technical team, however I see that you were able to order it yesterday. By going in your Fizz account at: My settings -> Transaction history you can see there a 0.00$ transaction for a SIM order.
