ANYBODY THERE ??? no answer from the Support on my case for 5 days !!!
"activation pending fro 5 days !", no answer from Support on my case where the chosen #phone assigned to me is already allocated to someone else !!!
Humm... not what I was told nor expecting... Can get the same deal with another provider wher I can talk to someone real !...

I can see a ticket was escalated to verify what caused this.
You can see the progress from My settings > my tickets.

I know it must be frustrating, but here in the forum, we are users like you and there in not much we can do to help in a case like this.
I would try to contact support again, chat always worked well for me. (open a FAQ page, click the ? at the bottom, then the chat icon https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account)
I know not everyone is comfortable with chat, but there is no way to talk to CS with Fizz, chat is the closest thing... Good luck.
