How do i know when the sim card will be activated?
I went on the site and activated my sim card. I placed it in my phone but nothing happened i have an i phone xs and i did all the latest updates, im not on do not disturb, its been 2 weeks i cant even call or text or receive anything and i tried everything. What's wrong?

I verified your account and the activation is completed and commercially, your plan is active and everything should work properly.
If you already restarted the phone, enabled - disabled the airplane mode, please contact us in private to try a few more manipulations with you.

You can open our live chat directly from the FAQ. After you scroll down a bit, you will see in the right bottom corner of the screen a green bubble with a question mark. Click it and the green square with 3 dots is our chat.

After 2 weeks you need to contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-make-sure-my-mobile-service-working-properly and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
