HELP: I need to provide my account number to transfer my phone number from Virgin to Fizz.
I need to chat with a Fizz representative to give them my Virgin account number. I can't figure out how to chat with someone.

Following the verifications, I see you chatted earlier with my colleagues and they retried the transfer. However it was needed a ticket, which you can see in your account by going at: My settings -> My tickets.
We will also inform you via email once the situation will be resolved by our technical team.
