New sim card VoLTE

I received a mail asking me to order a new sim card, however when I click in the link and enter my fizz session, a message saying that I’m not eligible for a new card appears in my screen. What should I do?

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I just opened a ticked for our technical team in order to fix the issue.
You can see the progress on it by going in your Fizz account at: My settings -> My tickets.
Also, in the moment when we will have the resolution from them, we will inform you via email.
