Already return the modem

Hi there, I already returned my modem before the service ending date. But I received the messages said you didn’t receive it. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt from Canada post. Is there any other method to track it?

    I verified your account and saw that you contacted us earlier on Facebook.
    A colleague just opened a ticket for our technical team, to complete the modem return since we verified and it is received.
    You will be able to verify the progress of the ticket by going in your Fizz account at: My settings -> My tickets. As well, once the ticket will be resolved, we will inform you via email and the notifications to return the modem will stop.
