 I just verified your account and I can see that you do not have SMS included, this is why you are not able to send text messages.
You will either need an add-on if do not plan on using texts often, or make a plan change to have this service added to your plan.

To send pictures, you need data. If you have data and it's activated but you can't send pics, it could have something to do with the APN settings, go see this post: https://forum.fizz.ca/fr/discussion/1935428/mms-problem-sms-images-pictures-solved
