    Hello mandalawine,

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I have made a limit reset, you can try again.
Please make sure you are using a Canadian Mastercard or Visa that accepts recurrent payments: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
If you still encounter any difficulties please reach our support team.

    Have a lovely day,

in these circumstances, you'll have to contact Fizz’s support team directly to correct this situation. Here is the procedure to follow in order to be able to contact the service. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

-By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

-By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

    -Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

    Hi @mandalawine

The page that you linked it is the FAQ's page

Here are the steps to update a payment method and it's IMPORTANT to associate it with your plans:

    1. In your Fizz account, go to My Profile.

    2. Click Payment Methods.

    3. Click Add payment method to add your new payment method.

    4. Now go to My packages.

    5. For each of your plans, click on Manage my plan → payment method → associate the new payment method.

    6. Then select the obsolete payment method and click Delete.

    7. After updating the payment method with the new card, look for the "Make payment now" button. Click it to make a manual payment and your service will be restored within 2 hours.
