Why they activee then the desactived my internet
I always pay my bills even its late... so they actived my internet then the second day I receive a email saying my internet was desactivee with no reason.... the funny thing before you receive any answer from fizz you have to wait a least one month...

in these circumstances, you should contact Fizz’s support team directly for advice but also for specific answers to correct this situation. Here is the procedure to follow in order to be able to contact the service. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
