Hello,

I just want to know, if I cancel my Internet plan with Fizz, will it stop providing the service right away, or will it wait to the end of the billing period? I've just been charged for another month.

Also, how much does it cost to ship the modem back to Fizz?

Excuse me and wrong whit my first answer and this what Fizz say about your question

Good to know: Based on the date you unsubscribe, you will receive a prorated refund for the monthly fee you paid based on the days left, if any, in your payment cycle. Once your modem is returned, please allow (approximately) 4-6 weeks to receive your refund

All you need to know to unsubsribe Fizz internet is in this link

    Hello Myname,

Thank you for being a member of the Fizz community!
As Fling  said, you will receive an automatic refund made by the system after we receive the modem.
During the unsubscription process you can select the deactivation day as the current day, or any other day in the future.
You can find in this FAQ all the information about the unsubscription: https://fizz.ca/en/en/faq/how-do-i-unsubscribe-from-fizz-home-internet At the end of the unsubscription, you will see a return ID. Save it, you will need it when you will return the modem to have free shipping and provide the delivery address to the currier.

You can find the steps for returning the phone in this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-return-my-wi-fi-modem . Basically you need to put the modem and its cables in a safe box, type or print the return ID on it and drop the modem at the nearest Canada Post deposit location
    Have a good one,

    -Georgian
