I still can’t make a call

It’s really frustrating, I can’t make a call it says ( last line it’s no longer available) do you want to make a call with the remaining number??? . I don’t want to lose my number , I transferred it for a reason . I don’t need a new number . So far my experience with fizz not satisfied. Can someone call me to fix this please .
