My phone number is not transferred after 3 hours

I checked and Videotron has not received a request to transfer my number. I am travelling and need my phone in case of roadside emergencies 514-***-**** is my number

please help

    I am sorry to hear about this.
    I can see that you already contacted our support and a ticket was escalated.  
    You will be able to see the progress from My settings > my tickets.
