Problem transfering my phone number to Fizz
So, I’ve just signed up with Fizz and received my SIM card. The problem is that while they were trying to transfert my number to Fizz mobile, my account number with Koodo changed because I had to change the name of the account. So now Fizz isn’t able to get my phone number after 5 hours.

Hello @Katoub, if I understand correctly, you want to port a phone number associated with an account that doesn't have your name on it. Carriers port phone numbers only when the account information given by the new carrier matches that with the previous carrier. It is for security purposes as it is a common part of identity theft. I suggest you contact your previous carrier and see if they can help you. By changing the account number and name associated with that phone number, it no longer belongs to you.
