New sim card already activated on another account
Hey! So I tried to activate my new Volte sim card I just received and after trying to activate it I get a message saying it’s already used by another user. My theory is that I was not properly logged in my account whenever I activated it and now it just doesn’t work. Any of you had a similar problem?

in this particular case, you shoul contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation as well as provide you precise answers to correct it. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

Following the verifications, I see that you ordered the VoLTE free SIM, however I don't see any change SIM order completed in our tools.
