Getting a refund because my activation is still pending for 4 days now

Hi,

I am still waiting for your team to resolve my ticket about my activation. It has been 4 days already that I am waiting for my transfer activation. I want to cancel, but I still have to wait for my problem to be resolved. I was wondering if I will get a refund in case it takes more than 15 days to get fixed since 15 days is the trial period. Right now, I am paying for a service that I still don't have...

    I am sorry to hear about this.
    I can see that our support team recently replied via email.
    This situation was fixed and you can retry the transfer.
    You can do this from your Fizz account, from the notification icon (bell icon in top right-hand).
    If you encounter any difficulties you can always reach our support team to retry the transfer for you.

    Sorry you are experiencing this problem.

    You can verify the status of the ticket from your Fizz account by going to: My settings -> My tickets. Also, in the moment Fizz confirms that everything is fixed, you will be informed via email as well.

    Meanwhile, be sure to try restarting your phone.


    If the problem persists, you should contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that situation. They will be able to do some further investigation to provide you advice as well as precise answers to correct it. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
