Getting a refund because my activation is still pending for 4 days now

I am still waiting for your team to resolve my ticket about my activation. It has been 4 days already that I am waiting for my transfer activation. I want to cancel, but I still have to wait for my problem to be resolved. I was wondering if I will get a refund in case it takes more than 15 days to get fixed since 15 days is the trial period. Right now, I am paying for a service that I still don't have...
